Prerequisites: Operation Training and Process Coaching, must be completed within 6 months after attending the Operation Training

About the course:

The On-job Project Coaching course revolves around a main user’s project which will be worked on in class with an experienced SIGMA application engineering expert. This course will help the main users assess the current project status, develop a strategic approach to the problem and be provided with suggested result evaluation techniques. In most cases the scope of the project is beyond what can be completed in three days. Additionally project work which begins in the Process Coaching course may continue after the course days are completed.
